Let us tell you a story
Many hundreds of years ago Trondheim - or Nidaros as the city was called back then - was an important spiritual centre in Europe. People from all over Europe came to Nidaros to pray. They came to be healed. They came to get to know God better. They came to be trained in how to live as Christians. They were pilgrims. Afterwards many of these people continued their journeys to new countries in order to pass on unto others what they had been given.
The story continues today
People from the whole world come to YWAM Central Norway (Eintrĝa). At Eintrĝa you can learn more about who God is. You can also learn how to make God known. Eintrĝa is a place where you can develop and grow as a Christian. You will learn about prayer, missions, worship, the character of God, the Bible, relationships, cultural understanding and a whole lot more.
The story of tomorrow
The question is what will you do with the rest of your life. At Eintrĝa you will get the chance. Our international centre provides opportunities to be part of making history. Either in Norway or in Namibia, Sweden or Slovenia, Belgium or Botswana, or another place. It all starts with DTS.
A DTS consists of two parts - a lecture phase and a practical phase.
Part 1: Lecture phase
The 12 first weeks will contain different elements. The main focus is that God will be able to transform us into a greater likeness of Him throughout this period. This means time spent with God in your daily routines! Every week will have its own theme.
Part 2: Practical phase
The practical phase is just as important as the lecture phase. You get to practice everything you have learnt, in a foreign culture. Evangelism, mercy ministry, church planting, prayer, discipling and practical work, a great experience that is worth it. There will be something for everyone. YWAM Norway sent 120 missionaries out around the world in 2002, next time you could be one of them!
